Here's one I finished for this weekend for a good customer. Forged from 1 inch square 1045. Head overall is 8 1/2 ins. with a 2 3/4 in. blade width. Curly maple handle with pewter bands and end caps.

Very nice Stuart. I'm working on my first hawk in serveral years, and my first ever pipe hawk, and it's always nice to see work by really skilled masters for inspiration.
