I know this has been said before but Spyderco Customer service is great. (Thanks Mike!) I sent a Ti Salsa back because the pivot screw wouldn't stay tight and the blade didn't lock shut well. I received a brand new replacement in about ten days. I think the old one could have probably been fixed but I'm glad Spyderco sent a new one anyway.
BTW if the trend with my Spydercos holds true I'll probably have to use the customer service again in about 15 years........
