I am wondering if it would be possible to do up a Spyderco Dragonfly in birdseye or curly maple. Would you be able to get the maple (say through Alpha Knife Supply) or would you require me to?

If it is possible could you PM or E-mail me a price.
(I know you're taking a few days off here so I'll be patient)

Thanks,
Chris

I don't think so. It would be very much cost prohibitive to put that much $ into it. Also, I have a lot of trouble with working on the smaller knives like that. Many times the holes are already as big as you dare make them on the lock bar and stuff like that and they would need bumped up to fit the new hardware I use. It would have to have titanium liners under the wood, and this adds to the cost.

Lastly with my asthma I really don't look forward to sanding a lot of woods these days. I have put off working with some of what I have here now just for this reason.

Thanks but I think I'll pass on the Dragonfly. Sorry.
