Spyderco Service Rocks!!!

I would like to thank Spyderco for the professional customer service during the return & repair of my Forum Military #28. My Military was delivered with a bad bug inlay. My thanks go out to Patti & Jeff (aka...The "J" Man). The "J" Man made #28 and after hearing my dilema, kept in constant email contact with me throughout the return and repair process. He also picked out a great looking bug inlay and gave my knife an extra tweak to "kick it up a notch". Sal...That Cat is awsome!!! I feel like I got a custom blade!!!

Glad to hear these reports. I just sent my Military back to have it worked on. For some reason it has a great deal of resistance when you try to open it. Once you overcome the initial resistance it opens effortlessly. But thumb openings are exceptionally stiff.
