I didn't make it to Reno, but my name did make it to the top of Larry Feugen's list.

The Bowie is 14.5" overall, 9.375" blade of 1084, Sambar Stag handle, Damascus and Sterling Silver fittings.
The sheath is dark brown leather and sharkskin.

Cool...very understated elegance.:thumbup::cool:

Do you have a close up of the guard??

Great knife and pic! I love Larry's work in general and this piece in particular. We sure don't see too full size bowies from him, so this is a special treat. Congrats bro!

I, too, love it Peter:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Great lines, impeccable F&F, a great maker, plus large bowie, SW, probably with a sharp top clip too.... just my cup of tea:)

Congrats on another great score!

Nice score, Peter! I love the stag and fittings. Good to see some carving on the guard, Larry's work is always top notch. :thumbup:

I've said before, Larry is one of the few makers who can consistently make a southwest style bowie that really appeals to me. Looks like I won't need to amend that statement any time soon! Something about that sweeping clip profile...

No argument classifying that one. Very nice! I really like the sterling silver use. Congratulations, Peter!

Yep, I would say it's a Southwest Bowie and a fine one at that.
Nice acquisition. I was inspecting Larry's Reno knives and his fit/finish/execution is perfection. A world class sheathmaker as well.

Congratulations for the great score!
This maker has a fantastic stye.
