Stag Fighter and mini Stag Fighter

Holy cow Bruce!!

I just do not see how guys can do such fine work, on such a small scale. I would go blind.

How big is all of this? I'm asking because if the bolsters, etc. on that small one are hand-engraved/etched/whatever, then the big knife must be like 50" long, b/c the small one looks to be only like 3/4".

I forgot to mention that the big knife is 12 1/4" long and the mini is 2" long. The engraving is by Tom Moro on the big one but He wouldnt do the mini so I just used a dentist bit and textured it similar.

As my dad would say, "Not too shabby." Sheesh! I think for the mini's you just make a fullsize one and shrink it down with Photoshop, no? :D

that is absolutely amazing work!! Where's the trigger? :D

In all seriousness, those need about 100 of these:

I like that liner work Bruce, and not taking anything away from the rest.

did you line the mini also with file work? ? :)
very nice set in deed :D

Thanks Guys for the nice compliments.

Dan, the mini has nickel silver liners too but because they are only .005" thick there wasnt enough space for file work. Maybe next time I will buy smaller files. :D

I had the Certification of Authenticity reduced in size from 8 1/2" x 11" down to wallet size also.

.

Bruce when you find them let me know where you found them :D

Excellent and stunning....the fileworked liner "turning" and going between the guard and bolster is a very nice touch. Wendy (looking over my shoulder) would like to say "Wow"....and also add that she "really likes your damascus pattern - easy on the eyes and not too gaudy..."
