Steel in new Hen & Rooster knives?

Anyone have an idea what kind of steel goes into the newer (post-1980) Hen and Rooster knives? I'm talking about the ones put out by Robert Klaas--not the original H&Rs.

Not sure of the steel, but it's not bad stuff. All of the blades, carbon or stainless, are forged. Even the newer ones take and hold a good edge. Hen & Rooster knives are one of my favorites. I do, however, prefer the carbon steel knives though.
