Made this recently and finally took a picture of it. This folder has mokume bolsters and backspacer made from a bar Alan Folts created. The mokume is copper and nickel silver. The blade is ATS-34 and the handle is giraffe bone. The titanium liners have been anodized a copper color to complement the mokume. The theme seems to be straight lines all around.

Wow Andrew, the mokume is great and the knife is gorgeous!!
I love the over all style of the knife! Very Nice!

That knife appeals to me about as much as any folder I have seen. The Mokume is fantastic and the blade is beautifully ground.

Have you been handling that mokume properly Andrew? I know how hard it is for you NOT to wipe off all the fingerprints and oxidation that give that stuff character... Still think it looks good...

I am working on a bar now with twice as many layers... I will slab you off a peice of it straight grained before I pound it down!!!

Looks GREAT!

Thanks Guys! Alan, you know I can't leave finger prints on it. I think I'll let it develop character over time; just like wine. :p
I can't wait to get more. Did the nickel silver your ordered come in?

Just thought I'd add that the stainless screws have been file worked and black chrome plated.
