Stripped Hd-7-almost.

When Tom Krein zero ground my Hd-7, most of the blade coating was removed. But not on the back side of the blade. So, by using a green scrubbie, I removed most of the blade coating on the back side. I left about 1/8" of blade coating near the edge because I did not want to mess up the razor edge Tom put on the blade. I like how it looks! It almost looks like the blade has a hamon. I'll try to post a pic later. Thanks.

TG---Did you use the green scrubbie also? I forgot to mention that the scrubbie was kept damp with WD-40.
