I was lucky enough to be sent a copy of a USDA Forest Service book by Frank. If I wasn't humble enough about my knowledge of axes before reading the document - well it sure straightened me out in a hurry!

They are some big pdf files varying from one to four megs each and there are ten. I didn't have room for #8 on geocities so I'm working on the problem.
