Bought a new rechargeable Surefire poly handle flashlight recently, and had to post, WOW freakin brightest little light i have seen, and feels like it would take one heck of a beating. Never seen a light that was so white and bright, and even more so in such a small package. Go get one you will love it!
 
There are three rechargeable "poly handle flashlights" that SureFire make.

The G2R, the 8NX and the 10X.

All three, (and the G2 & G2Z) have the characteristics you mention.

The SureFire's "polymer" models are made of "Nitrolon". One of it's best advantages over Anodized Aluminium Alloy is that is helps absorb the force of any impact - helping to protect the bulb.

Yep, SureFire does make a fine torch. I've not had much experience with their rechargeables but the Lithium fired models sure do toss a beam. Really looking forward to some of the new "stuff" coming from them.

You've got your pre-orders in then?
You're running out of time. Within a Month, I hope The Prince to have shipped my G2Z and KL3, and I have them in use.

Nope, haven't pre-ordered anything yet, just watching and waiting. The G2Z will be lots of bang for the bucks for sure! The KLX's will be cool too. I'm hoping the A-2 will not be as expensive as some have predicted. I'll be checking The SureFire Discussion Board to see the reviews before I plunk down any cash on the new stuff. Don't know if you've ever checked'em out but it's a good resource for all things SureFire ;)
