When I held my Anniversary Knife Contest, Mentor submitted his design of his personal EDC knife. After the contest chopchop contacted me about making him one like it. Here is the original drawing.

Here is the finished knife, in osage with green liners and hollow pins, and a bit of forge finish on the flats.

Oh man, I am so stoked to see a JK interpretation of this design. It looks great - neat handle material combo, too! The flared handle is a nice touch.

And thanks, Mike, for submitting it to the contest. I saw that thread you did on it a while back & was crushed that Ragnar didn't have the blanks any more. I'm glad John was willing to work with me on the handle materials & finish. It really did turn out even better than I had hoped.


John, let me know what you want to do with the timing & payment and all that. It's a gorgeous knife, but I can wait if you've got other stuff you need to take care of right now.
