It's name is not realy "swick", it's "sweet". It even gave me a sweet kiss on my thumb right after I took off its clothes, which made me definately appreciate NewGraham's consideration for attaching a small pack of bandaid with the knife.:D

The handle is comfortable for both normal grip and reverse grip. However, I think we can definately use some some texturing on the butt of the handle (where the thumb rests) to improve the firmness in reverse grip. I hope spyderco can add this feature in the next batch.

Just got mine too (extremely fast delivery from newgraham). The handle portions are pretty much the same as the SPOT, but the hole looks to be 1mm smaller. I don't know why they shrunk the hole, I thought the SPOTs was perfect. The Swick feels just a slight bit cramped when I hold it in a fist.

I'm not sure yet if it'll replace the plain edge SPOT I hang off my front backpack strap. I might have to drill another hole in the sheath (or have a new one made) to be able to hang it properly. I do like the blade design though. Still plenty of slash, plus stabbiness that the SPOT lacks, as well as a longer blade.

A big thanks to Sal and Spyderco for making this knife happen.

Here's a few pictures for ya'll.
