The first picture really brings it into perspective. What's the value of having a 17" folding knife? Could you really use it for anything?

Anybody out there have a monster folder (over 13" open) and actually use it?

I've seen over-size knives like this used in store display cases for advertising. The old Cutlery World had some SAK giants in their front window. Your picture shows more craftsmanship than I've usually seen; could be for a trade show.
