Roadrunner, i handled one today. That's a sweet knife! The action is smooth and crisp. What else would you expect from Sal and Co.?
I just can't get into the G-10 and polished micarta scales. I do like the wire clip!

Maybe you saw a different one, but mine and the ones I have seen have a standard Spyderco clip.

anthony cheeseboro, Thanks for pointing that out. I was wrong and after looking at the knife, it couldn't have a wire clip the way it's made. ie. the wire clip uses a screw/bolt to hold it in place. thanks for the heads-up.
