Never been a big fan of a wharncliff style blade but this one is a real beauty:thumbup:

The red liners against the white ivory really make it "pop" out at ya:D

Someday I'll get me one of your knives, someday :)

I'll take it! It will match my fixed blade from Al Alexander just about perfectly! I'll contact you tomorrow at the latest. I've been wanting one of your slipjoints, and this is beautiful! This will also be the first wharncliff blade in my collection.

Hey, Todd and everyone! I just had to bring this post back up to the top to tell you that I quickly fell in love with this folding knife! It is simply amazing in person. This is my first custom slipjoint, and just may be my last, because it is as perfect as I could hope for. It is superbly well-made, substantial in feel though right-sized, and the attention to detail is over-the-top, without looking like it! It feels fabulous to hold in the hand, whether in or out of the pocket, and it cuts very well. The hand grinding on the back of the blade renders it capable of almost substituting for a "worry stone," and the satin finish is mesmerizing to look at. Oh, did I say that I love this knife? Great job, Todd, and do take the best of care!

Jeff
