Here's the Solar Arc design with a totally tactical look. I gave it textured black G10 handles and milled tons of traction grooves in all the strategic spots. The S30v blade is almost 5/32" thick with a high grind so it's a robust little bugger but still slices great. Snakeskin camo pattern on the .090 frame.

Sorry for the crappy scans, they really don't do the patterning justice. It's really cool looking in person, IMO anyway...

Both knives pictured above are my small series, blade length 2 5/8" OAl 6 1/2". The Tac Folder had a beefy 5/32" thick blade....a substantial knife in a small package. Both knives are sold.

Everytime I drop by this forum I have to take a look at this knife, I love the design. I was wondering if you made one in a larger size or if there are plans to make a larger version. Great work Peter

Yes, I will definitely make more of these and some will be larger. I'm waiting on a new shipment of steel later this month and I'm getting various thicknesses of stock this time. More than likely I will use 5/32" or possibly even 3/16" on the next one. I may also beef up the frame some more if the next one is bigger, we'll see what I feel like building.....
