How does the Ralph/Wilson Tactical Elite compare with the Senbenza or the Al Mar SERE?

The Tactical Elite is a bit larger. I had recently purchased the Level III (with G-10 inlays) and though it was a good strong knife, I felt it should have been a bit "beefier" for it's size.

Nothing wrong with it, it was just a bit too big for my liking. I actually returned it and got a 2000 Sebenza Classic wood inlay instead. I'm happier, but that's just personal preference.

leave no doubt, the Wilson/Ralph is well made, but try and handle them both before you decide.

I own a Level 2 and im very pleased with it. I find the tactical elite more tactical than my sebenza. Its bigger and feels nice in hand. Both knives are great in my opinion and you can't go wrong with either one. I think Darrel ralph is a great guy and he will answer any questions you have immediately. Again ya can't get hurt either way you go.

I have a Tactical Elite Level 1 and it is a well made knife. It kind of reminds me of a better quality Benchmade Pinnacle for those who remember that knife. The titanium slabs have a similar feel to the old Pinnacle. I will probably do a long term report on this knife because I will most likely take it with me to Nigeria this summer for field work.
