This is a new one in bead-blasted Talonite. 416SS dovetailed bolsters, tapered tang, mosaic pins, and stabilized juniper burl scales.

Very nice knife Don.I really like the burl. What is the length of the blade? Thanks.

Beautiful. That juniper burl is gorgeous. The blade is outstanding and I love the dovetail bolsters. Can we see a picture from the top so that we can see the tapered tang, please?

Thanks, folks. Blade length is 2 3/4". Keith, I shot this one from the top for that very reason; you can see the tapered tang in this pic.

Flava, you might be surprised to learn that Talonite can be mirror polished. The question is whether it is worth it or not. On this very knife, is is possible to see your face on the inner curve of the choil.

Don always has great pics of his knives, but I have to be honest - they are even nicer in person.

You are right about being able to see the tapered tang. It is easier to see with a sgot directly from the top though. I think you get a better look at a knife with two or three shots. From the side, the top and possibly from the tip looking straight along the spine of the blade. The angle that you shot it from is very good for getting something of a look at all aspects.

Looking at it again, I like it even better than I did the first time. Great lines and a superb, high quality look.
