tension on kydex sheath for BRKT PSK

I'm trying to get the tension right on my sheath for Bark River PSK. Seems like its either too loose, or hard to put back in. Where should the tension come from? the opening? Further down the blade? I suspect it's just about tinkering, but any tips would be great. Thanks!
