I noticed in my short time here that there are a handful of fellow Texans here. I was curious as to where all of ya'll are and if a future camping get togethers might be possible. I am in south east texas just off the coast about 40 minutes from Houston........Drew

I'm pretty sure that the Shotgunners are in Houston.

:D It is always a little odd to talk about Houston, cause that is my middle name and the name I go by. So any time I mention the city I feel like Houston is talking in third person.

Born and raised in Tomball, now stuck in our god-forsaken hippie capitol...

you poor man, I don't know how how you do it....My sympathies:)

I actually just moved up to the north side of Lake Travis, so I have plenty of water between me and the hippies. And..I remind myself of how much Houston, B-Mont, Port Arthur sucks in the summertime :D

I was born and raised in San Antonio, but moved to Corpus Christi about 3 years ago.

I am right smack in the middle of that triangle and it is hot and humid, but I've lived here my whole life and i am quite used to it......I love it here, but the hurricanes are starting to annoy me...:D

Yea...I used to waste my days away working at Motiva in PA and lived in West Orange, B-Mont was the only place to do anything inside of Texas. Totally sucked...I moved up here and the decrease in humidity was AWESOME :D

Born and raised in Freeport and movedd to Houston graduating from college in 1986. Yeah, that humidity is a killer. I have been traveling each week to Hobbs, NM. It has been cooler here than in Houston.

Been in the DFW area since 1991. Live in Carrollton currently, family in Houston, New Braunfels and a few other places.

BTW, Texas summers ARE killer, almost without exception to location. If it's not the South Texas humidity, its the blistering sun out west. You gotta love it to stay!

I'm am also from Ellis County.

All other states and knives are welcome too:D
