This is the second all damascus folder that I have made. It has a flat ground blade with a false edge. The scales are Craig Barr Egypt pattern damascus. I
scooped out the rear of the handle and added a little fluting. I also textured the handle about an inch down from the top in the same curved shape as the front of the handle to make it kinda look like a false bolster and break up the handle.
The screws are fileworked and heat colored gold. The backbar and liners are titanium. The backbar has been fully fileworked with 2 goldlip pearl inlays. I also anodized the backbar blue and polished the color off of the flats leaving the cutouts colored. The liners have been textured and anodized blue, then were lightly buffed and anodized a bronze color. It gives a great effect. Lockup is the way it should be and the blade lines up in the center when closed. The titaniumthumbstud has also been fileworked and anodized
blue.
