You all sent me a black 551 clip with black screws..

Rewind to several weeks ago. I called in due to some speck rust showing up on my clip.. They sent me out a new clip with screws with no problem. I greatly appreciate it and can't wait to see what it looks like on m y 551.
 
Sounds like they sent you a 0350 clip... its the same...just like its the same clip used on kershaw skylines
 
That's funny I asked for a clip for my 350 and I got a satin one! Maybe they switched ours!
 
Weird! They sent me black ones.. now I want a satin one.. :( LOL. Kershaw/ZT is amazing. They sent me two clips and four screws (at once) without asking questions. I just wanted an extra clip to try to strip and stonewash.
 
I asked for 2 extra clips, one for my 0350 and 0301. I got them in the mail, 3 black ones I think, a few days later I got 3 silver ones. No complaints from me, silver looks good on the 0350CBZDP.
 
I needed some screws for my ZT 0500 handle and I asked them if they could send me a pocket clip for it too if they still had any. I was informed that they didn't have them anymore, but was surprised when I opened the envelope and there was a new clip in there. Their customer service is awesome.
