I just recieved my Izula II and it is glorious! The powder coating is beautiful and fit and finish is just perfect. Hope the folder that you guys are working on have this wonderful coating! Would not have learned about this wonderful company and this wonder knife without the forums!

I learned so much since I joined the forums and the ESEE forum is always a great one to visit. Really learn so much about the people behind the product such as Jeff Randall and how they are good people.

Edit- sometimes you learn TOO much about people on this forum.

Well thanks guys in the forums and the ESEE crew! What do you guys put in these knives...magic pheromones? I just got this one and I want another! :p

Don't let the cosmetics fool you. Both the Izzy & IzzyII have a dark side - they love to bite if you're not giving them your undivided attention.:o

I think the Izula II will eventually pass the Izula in sales but we will have to see. The longer handle has gotten nothing but positive comments. But like the boy said....it will bite you if you don't be careful:) mikey
 
Since Jeff and Mike both posted here, have you put any thought into making an Izula II (III I guess) with a 1/2" to 3/4" longer blade (around 3" - 3.25" long)?

I love the angle and spine geometry of the Izula II. I would love to have one with a bit longer and wider blade. If you look at the sheath it comes in, the blade outline would be about the perfect size for a blade size up - it's a little longer and a little wider. I think it would sell well and bridge the gap between the Izula and the ESEE-3 as well as strengthen the Izula brand.
 
no but we thought about selling the Izula II with a tube of Viagra cream. Then you can have any size handle you want:)
