I was just skimming through the forum trying to see if there were any posts I needed to respond to and was thinking that we have the absolute best customer base that any company could ask for. You guys rock! I know that we may not respond to every post on here but usually that's due to time constraints. We also get behind on doing some things, but again it's mainly due to time and trying to do too much at one time. Thank you for testing the products you put out instead of throwing it out there and wasting our hard earned money on inferiorly designed blades.

I agree with shotgunner11 100%, A company with the integrety and service to thier customers like RAT has is very rare anymore.

Just got my 4th RC knife last week....going to be broke when the Izula and SERE come out.......cant stop....
 
I agree 100% with the sentiments above. Although I only have one RAT at the moment <Blush>, the way you listen to your customers and take the time and effort to respond, along with the quality of the products you put out, ensures that there will be a couple more in my hands in the future.

Sweet knives, and you guys are badass on top of it. Of course you have the best customer base when you're this awesome to us.
 
No Thankyou Jeff and Rat Cutlery... we would not be here if you guys were no so great to us.
 
It is extremely refreshing to have a company like RAT Cutlery come along. Thank YOU for being a company that supports its country, listens to its customers and stands behind its products.

It's nice to have a company that stands by their products as well as you have. It's nice to have a company that is honest with it's customers. I enjoy the quality of your product and knowing you will delay a release rather then put out a subpar product to meet a self given deadline.
 
I agree with everything said above. AND it's nice to have a company make XXXL t-shirts for us manly-sized RC buyers!

Jeff, Mike and all the people responsible for our beloved RATs, you guys not only make a knife the way a knife should be. You run your company the way a company should be run and treat people the way they should be treated. You guys go far beyond "good" customer service. I, as well as most of the guys here, consider you friends. You're always welcome at my table and my beer cooler. ;) I consider one of the greatest acts of a true goodguy to be selflessness and giving to someone whom you've never met. I can't even remember how many times I've seen you guys do that. You guys are good people. The world needs more people like you and more companies like RAT.

Edit: Not too many more companies like RAT. Money's already running thin. ;)
 
I've mentioned it here before and I'll mention it again. I've always believed that a product is only as good as the people making it and how they stand behind that product. RAT has put out high quality products at reasonable prices and their "No Questions Asked Warranty" has to be one of, if not the best, warranty out there. I think that's the reason you have the customer base that you do Jeff :thumbup:.

just get my RC4. my first RC product.
...I'm afraid it knocks off some of my fav. knifes...
and the faces behind the product give a real credibility to it. and that is what matters most.
