For seeing that my Dad's issue with his 0780 got resolved.

I had PMed Jimmer this weekend about it and as promised, my Dad got a call from a very nice man today, who gave him several options, about his 0780he had sent in and is now sending him a 0350 to replace it. My Dad is happy to receive such personal attention. Great service!:thumbup:
