That pic really shows the difference between the DS saber and B8 full-height grinds.:thumbsup: Starting from the spine, the primary grind on the B8 obviously has a much longer taper to edge—very slicy. I know many like the saber grind for strength, and the fuller adds a ton of interest, but especially on the HOGB8 I’m really glad Jerry went with even greater blade thickness than we asked for and then stayed with the full-height flat grind.:cool:

I can only agree, the full height grind on the B-8 is extremley strong, no need for any saber grind here on this Infi bacon baby.
 
Now THAT is a stack of bacon. Put it next to a stack of pancakes with a pitcher of maple syrup and a pot of good fresh-ground dark roast coffee, and I’ll join you!:thumbsup:

(Or just the bacon—I’ll still join you!:D)
