To think I had just checked it last night and it was still the same ole site, great job on it too cause it's more than I expected. Now for the million dollar question......when will Ernie once again take CQC-5 orders.

OK-I can't handle a PSG-1 and a CQC-5 mentioned in the same post!

Great site, what I have been waiting for! Since I can't order a CQC-5 to go with my 6 and will have to wait for the ES1-M I have on order, my order is on the way for a Mini-7 with SS Dam and MOP(unserrated blade of course!). Derek, Does an order qualify for the Viper raffle? Dick.
 
Just checked out the new website! Pretty nice. The Custom Production was what interested me mainly. It'd be nice if the CP order page allowed online shopping, and automatically added up the total price. I was also wondering (Derek ... ?) if spirograph damascus is the only type available? What did you guys think of the prices? Yours truly thought they were a little bit steep, but that was partly because there are so many CP's that I was considering

. But on a serious note, especially since the knives aren't made by Ernie, the prices are somewhat steep for the materials and design. Lowering the price point a bit would probably increase volume a lot I'd think ...
 
I was thinking that myself, Izrafil - if I read it right, it's an additional $250 (over the price of a Commander, if that's the knife you choose) to add bolsters... that's WAY high for two chunks of titanium and modified G-10. So, like I said, if I'm reading the list right, a CP Commander with just Ti bolsters and G-10would cost you $470. That's retail for a REAL Emerson custom... seems steep for a modified production knife.

The site looks great. I am a little disappointed thought about the prices. I was looking to get a mini-7 with damascus and bolsters. That would cost alot more than I will spend for a customized production knife. But they still look great.
