Does anyone know how often they change the reviews in The Point Magazine? Is there a way to get certain comparisons published in the "Point"?

If you are talking about "To The Point" :

as far as I know it has been suspended. There was only a preview and one issue put out.

Too bad that it has been suspended, I thought the review of the ATAK vs the MPK was a pretty good article.
