A.P.F., you can post your same pics of your beautiful Buck Knives any time...

Thanks for sharing on the SPS... ITE ...

I am owning up to my own mistakes. At blade show I bought knife below, becasuse I did not have a stag 303, they were always too high in cost. I should have wondered why this one was just slightly high. Must have been friday afternoon and someone got sloppy with the auto punch machine.......

Have a close look at the blow-ups, where the riveting at the factory should not have gotten past quality control. Nothing under warranty I can do about this as it is a 1988. I may try to do a little micro surgery and stain to camo it.

Live and learn......I should have got it down another 10 bucks.......Dang it and it had good stag on both sides.......300

Here are a few that found a new home here this week.

After 300bucks shared photos of the elk scaled 309 from the web specials, I had to buy one....well, two. One is just perfect. Deep, dark "grain" on both sides...just a fine specimen. The other has one fair side and then one near white side that are both relatively smooth. Regardless, they're great knives. I think I'll be carrying one of these a lot!

The better one:

The lighter one (this is the darkest side):

And, not to leave my lovely bride and daughter out, they each got one of these this week from me:

E, a 501--100yr. with the coin. APF, I like your Koa wood 110 and routed buffalo horn. Haebbie, more 525's I have not seen. HK, I've seen those bare butt models, yours looks good. Craig, too bad about the rocker pin on your 309. Otherwise, it looks good.Casey, your 309 on top of the Axis hide makes for a good photo. Horse, a good photo too. Thanks guys for showing your models. Great knives again...and a Happy Fathers Day to all. Jim, I hope the weather clears here so I can take the scooter out for a spin:thumbup:...wearing a Buck:cool:, naturally. I got lucky and scored on the build out 500s.....the ATS-34 is 1 of my favorites from Buck. I've received several compliments on this knife, and it makes cutting a pleasure
