Bill Thomason (no relation) - made in 1977 and looks like it has never been carried or used. Stag is dovetailed into the bolsters, don't know what steel. A little over 3 3/4 inches. The tang is marked with an outline of Alabama with "VKC". Some knife collector club I'm guessing.
I know almost nothing about Thomason except he was from Georgia and made knives in the 70's. I have one other Thomason and it is the same model except with a wood handle. Thomason likes Thomasons:D

Sorry, I just can't respect anyone who speaks about himself in the 3rd person.

I'll forgive you this time, however, since that most excellent knife has the great state of Alabama on it.

That's where Guyon grew up.

Thomason does not always refer to himself in the third person. Sometimes we use Pluralis majestatis.

fewpop thinks Thomason has a nice new knife.

fewpop thinks VCM3 will think "VKC" stands for Vince's Knife Club. :D :p ;)

That's a pretty little knife! And personalized!:D

Fine looking knife with an unusual look to it, time it was USED! 30 years in incarcerated in a safe is a long stretch......
