Thumb studs & gemstones...

Could someone point me in the direction of a distributor who sells thumb studs suitable for setting stones in? I've been looking, but no luck so far.

Allen head shoulder screws can be cleaned up on the outside and the allen socket drilled out to accept a stone. They look pretty good when finshed too.
