The more and more I see these La Griffe Pikals, the more I want one. Definitely don't have to worry about slippage with these. Gen4's looking good too, can't wait to check it out.

YES! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

ETA: You could even add a third edge on the end there, couldn't you?

Would a double hollow be possible? (I like a symmetrical grind over a chisel for utility)

I'm thinking a double hollow in D2 or a stainless would be awesome.

Dam, someone would shit their pants if they had those coming at them.
Im just going to tell myself I cant legally own these in CA so I cant buy one.

Ban, those came out awesome!!

Gimme, I thought double edge blades are legal under a certain length right?

Me neither. The CA penal code that deals with dirks and dagger is PC12020. It is a very general description that basically says any fixed bladed concealed that can be readily used as a stabbing instrument to do great bodily harm is considered a dirk/dagger. Even a folder that concealed in a open position. I don't think there is even a mention of double edge.

The 2" max blade length applies to balisongs and switchblades.

Yup, double edge is legal. Concealed fixed blades are not. Jim's knife law page is a great resource.

Always remember to check for local, municipal ordinances too. Although most deal with lengths, if anything.

Let's see how fast this sells :thumbup:

What's the edge holding like on the Carbide/Ti models? And can it be sharpened to the same level of a more typical steel?
