Hello all!

Just thought 'bout something (yes, sometimes i do) the ti La Griffes, are they "hardened", i'm mening if they are "just" cut out of ti and then sharpened or if anything is done to improve edge holding.

Any help appreciated!
If i don't answer to any replys it's because i'm away for a week, no access to the internet

Hey Jonas,
In fact they do. If you look at the flat side of the Blade you will notice a silverish
kind of material that appears "Painted" on.
It is Tungston Carbide that has been applied through a special process that I have since forgooten the technical jargon for. It is applied through heat and a electrochemical bonding process that Derek can find out if you need specifics. He is gone now but will be back soon.
Hope that helps and be safe !
