I just got emailed pics by Bladegallery.com of the Timascus knives that were photoed at the OKCA show.

A particularly awesome piece is by Nick Wheeler (who has been a forumite for more than a couple years now):

I haven't figured out yet why Nick hasn't gotten a whole lot of recognition on the forums as he's building a hell of a knife!

The rest of the pics (unthumbnailed as of yet) are on my website at:

For those of you with dial-up connections, trust me, the wait for the pics to load will be well worth it! Enjoy!!! :)

That is a beaut:eek: That timascus is sure going to lead to some very neat projects.

Over to the Gallery for sharing.

That is an incredible dagger. That Timascus makes for a stunning handle and goes wonderfully with the damascus blade.

Sorry for putting it in the wrong place Blues. I was thinking, well there are pics, so maybe gallery, but they are all customs, so maybe custom area. Anyways...

The fixed blade dagger is nothing short of breathtaking. Nick has done some awesome texturing on the handles that continue into the guard. Note the plunge - not your average shove the blade up to te grinder type plunge - notice how it scoops at an angle that I didn't think would be possible - but it looks super radical!

The webpage has knives by Tom Ferry, Tom Mayo, Phil Boguszewski, Roger Dole. All amazing pieces.

Wow, that is really special!! Nick, you have got the touch man! How did you do those plunge grinds.... :)

My Wheeler Dagger along with a number of other knives from top-tier makers will be on display at various tables around the BLADE show. Be sure to check 'em out! This stuff is wild, and they now have a 3-colored pattern!
