Tomahawking Champagne!!!!

That's a Great way to open a Bottle of Champagne, That Is one Fancy Restaraunt, I like the Traditional/Frontier Style, But that Menu "Is Outa My Price Range" Thank's for sharing the Info. on this place !
 
Have to Agree with you on that one CRR. Folks today really miss out by not having been exposed to some of the foods our ancestors enjoyed regularly.
 
I guess I'm a little too timid to hawk a bottle of bubbly without seeing someone else do it first. But I'd eat the marrow dish without hesitation!:D
 
I've eaten at The Fort several times, though it's been a few years since I was last there. It's a really neat place; cool atmosphere and great food. :thumbup:

There's a small gift-shop building in the courtyard that had some nice custom knives and, IIRC, a few tomahawks the last time I visited. They also had Russell Green River knives for sale inside the restaurant. :cool:
