Torx screw question/pacific style

I have a pacific style/side winder as we call them on here .One of the pins has come out and I was wondering if I could replace the pins in the knife with torx screws ? Anyone know wher to get them and what size etc ? would it work ? I like these knives as my practice toys .Also wondered if they could be used on jags ?

The pins with the torx ends are commonly called chicago screw. I'm sure you could fine them easily enough, but they will be too big to put in your Jag unless you drill out the handles and blade. I suggest saving for a BM or a rehandle job by Mer. Check out www.maierblades.com
