I got the 6" utility and the 4" parer for $18 and $14 respectively. They look a lot like the Henkels Pro S. Both needed a little edge touch up with an arkansas stone and are now very sharp. They seem to hold an edge decently and are pretty comforatble. I think they are a great buy for college or doing some cooking. If you do a lot of cooking, go for the Henekls, but for general cooking, they cant be beat for the price, IMO.

Taz,

I have the big chef's knife along with some of Tramontina's cookware. Great value for the bucks they ask, but give me my Spyderco knives and Sitram (France) cookware as the number one choices
