Tritium or Night sights for a Mak?

Will Tritium sights for the Walther (if they're made) fit the Makarov?

Both weapons are nearly identical in size and I would like to tack on some night sights or better ones before or after I get it coated.

Although I don't know for sure, I really wouldn't think so. The Walther PP and the Mak are only similar in general appearance.

Makarov.com offers some tritium sights for the Mak here (about halfway down the page). It looks like it’ll require some work to install them though.
