Trying to find out what model Buck I bought years ago

I bought a Buck 8.5" fixed blade (hunting knife shape and look not tactical) about 10 years ago that has wood scales on both sides but the tang is exposed all around the slabs and has a very large, round lanyard hole. It came with a very nice molded leather sheath with a plastic insert inside that holds the blade and a leather strap at the top that snaps together secure the knife in place and a metal clip on the back so you can clip it to your pants.

I was wondering it the was a website that contained pictures of discontinued Bucks so that I could look it up? If not I could take a picture of it and put it up on a pic hosting site and post the link here as I'm sure someone would know what model it is. I have a couple of folding Alpha Hunters and I'm thinking that is the fixed blade version of the Alpha Hunter at that time but it doesn't look like the ones that currently sell. The blade steel type is not marked, it only says Buck and USA on one side, the snap on the sheath is stamped Buck.

Thanks in advance for any info you may have.

Kind of sounds like a 124 Frontiersman but your blade is too long. The 121 Nemo had a sheath kind of like you're describing but I don't think they had wood handles/scales and again, the blade would be shorter then yours?

Perhaps you can search here and on google for those two models and see if something comes up that looks like yours?

Thanks, I looked them both up and it's neither of those. When I have time I'll upload a picture or two on a picture hosting site and give the link.
Thanks for your time.

Ding, ding, ding, I believe we have a winner, my sheath is tan rather than black like I'm seeing in many of the pictures from Google but that is the knife and sheath. Thank you....it bugged me that I couldn't recall the name/model.

This is the link I found that is like mine: http://achillesantiques.com/buck-hunting-knife-6/ (this is NOT my listing/or picture, I just couldn't recall the model/name)

Thank you for the help!

This was the only knife I had that I couldn't recall the name/model....I should have come here first rather than Google. :D
