so we had a family dinner at my folks house and I had my brand new Hest and Izula so I figured why not help make dinner with them!

Wouldn't be one of our family dinner if things didn't get to hectic with my neice running around and everyone yelling that I get distracted and get bit!

oh well, it happens.

All in all, love the knives!!

I picked up a pink one for my wife for Christmas & she was gifted another one from Jforbush, and both have become "blood brothers" of mine. If you read the posts on a daily basis, there is not a day that goes buy that someone did not get bit by an Izula, & some of them were nasty enough to require stitches. I think the total is up to about 9 or 10 that I know of.
Even with the blood, dinner still looked good . . .
Be safe.

Congrats on your new HEST and Izula! Chalk one more up that's been bitten by the mighty ant of the Amazon!:D I as well got it by mine and needed 3 stitches on my thumb. Keep puttin' your blades to good use!

It does'nt surprise me in the least that we get 'bit' by the little knives and not the big ones! Smaller knives get smaller tasks which usually involve FINGERS!

Just curious, are you concerned about exposing the cord wrap to food? Won't it start to smell from embedded food pieces in the wrap? Guess you could always just re-wrap.

You know, I never really thought about it, I just try and keep the wrap or handle out of the food.

if it gets on I just wash it off
