Two Questions (Brend's FH)

OK, I've *got* to buy the Brend Fighting Hatchet... this thing looks sweeeet!

I have two questions:

1. I didn't see it listed on the ATC online store, do you have to call to order it?

2. The cord wraps shown look nice, is there an old post in this forum or on ATC web page that gives step by step instructions for the "cord-wrap-challenged" such as myself?

Good questions.

1) ATC has changed its policy on order placement. We do not take orders until the product is shelved and is ready for immediate shipment. We will probably modify this in the near future to the acceptance of pre-orders, but the customer still will not be billed until the day of shipment. That's why the Brend Hatchet "order now" button on our website is disabled at this time. We are on track for "Brend" availability during the first week of November.

2) Here is a link to some cord wrap samples http://www.americantomahawk.com/images/products/cordwrap_lg.jpg ...although, we do not provide instructions. We probably should and just might do that, but at the moment, folks have been showing us their own handi-work from the first pre-production run, such as Phil DeVries and Kevin Schlossberg.

We are indeed proud of the Brend Hatchet and excited to release it. We just approved London Bridge's proto sheath sample for the Brend and it "should" be in production now.
