Hello,
I am looking to get rid of a a foreign made folder and buy a couple of tactical folders.

Requirements
USA Made (not any KAI stuff from China)
Tough, strong lock,
relatively inexpensive
decent steel
3" - 4" blade, preferably closer to 4.

Thanks!

Have you looked at the Kershaw Blur in s30v? or even the standard blur in Sandvik 14c28n

Good steel, about $40-75 for a non-blem, pretty tough, good lock up, fast, light, comfortable, the list goes on and on....

-orangish ducktape

To really help you you might have to give us a bit more info or narrow down and give us some of your uses for the knife, color, blade shape, material you are looking for. The rake composite blade and closer to 4", same with the junk yard dog 2.2 composite and closer to 4". Blur is a great choice in s30v, you could look to a discontinued Boa too. You could get a shallot on the larger side, a discontinued groove in tanto or regular blade if you so wish. And if you look around enough you could find a great deal on the zt 0200 for right at or just under $100 either here on the forum or check with some of the supporting dealers such as kershaw guy. I'm sure there are a few more but this should give you a good start.

As you can see most of the bigger made in the USA Kershaws have been discontinued.

Kershaw Ram is over 3 inches with a very solid lock - $50 to $70 depending on where you look.

Ebay last Dec I picked up two for $80 each. They were new in the box for $80 shipped. Kershaw guy had blems at the same time for $80 shipped. I had to go new in the box. My son loves his that I gave him for Christmas.
presz where did you get a 0350 for 80 bucks?
