This, all this. And you said that it does NOT have the "XXXX" correct? You don't want the "XXXX," it's baaaaad.
XXXX has no warranty coverage.
From Kershaw's FAQ section, "What do the 4 Xs on my blade mean?
If the blade of your Kershaw knife has etched “Xs” on it, the knife was originally purchased at our annual Warehouse Sale as a factory “second.” In other words, the knife is not “first” or top quality. These knives usually look and work just fine; they are simply not up to Kershaw’s demanding standards. As a result, these factory seconds do not carry the Kershaw Lifetime Warranty."

There's absolutely nothing *bad* about a Kershaw blem. I have a couple of them, and have yet to figure out what the blem is supposed to be.
And as was previously stated, for the price, who cares so much about warranty?
Just my measly .02 cents
I'm aware of what the XXXX signifies. However, the price reflects the lack of warranty. Aside from that, you can get clips, torsion bars, and hardware for free. Doesn't seem bad.
I think you are misunderstanding or I'm misunderstanding your comment [I'm reading it as sarcasm]. He didn't mean you can "part out" the blem, but that Kershaw's customer service willHoly crap batman, I never thought of a blem as a parts bin!!!! Thanks Red Devil
