I was showing as gold member before the shutdown. Between the 2 shutdowns I paid for the upgrade to Knifemaker but am now just showing as a registered user.

Dan - I've checked all orders with your name, email address, zip code from your previous order, etc. I cannot find an order for you in the system other than the initial one from 2003. Was it ordered under someone else's name? Can you call us regarding this so we can get you taken care of in a timely fashion?
