I drew this up this morning. 6 1/4" overall, 2 3/4" blade, 1" tall.

I like that John, I will probably be in for one of those. I love it's little brother.

I wonder if we could still put thin scales on this one?

Here is a blank I just ground out compared to my custom Glock 17 for size.

I like the size of that grind. Now add some thin handles and it is good to go.

Also, nice job on the 17 grip reduction.

I was thinking something along the same lines of a small knife with thin slabs. I was thinking of the contest one that C Bryant drew. There is one being made in February with slabs right John?

There will be 2 in February, both being started next week.

Looks good John. Thin slabs, a little tang peaking out the back end, and kydex sheath and you're in business.

Hmmm. I still think my ewok is the best utility tool for urban and light woods bumming. The pancake sheath with firesteel is fabulous. I may just be proud though!

Have you considered making it with removable slabs so it can be wrapped in 550 at the users whim and then converted back to something with a real handle and back again?
