Value of NOS Buck & Gerber knives?

I have some limited-edition Buck and Gerber knives from the '70s and '80s that I need to sell. I'd rather not put them on eBay, but I'd like to get a fair price for them. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet concerning their value.

I'm looking for either a reference website or an actual appraisal. All are new and unused and have the original packaging in various conditions from good to mint (They were stored in a garage for too many years and some boxes are weathered, there is light verdigris on some of the brass, etc).

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

For the Bucks, you can also try the Buck sub forum. Very knowledgeable collectors there as well as an occasional visit from Chuck Buck himself.
 
There is also a sale site on the Buck forum.....Doc, If you would like to send me private message and I will tell you who the guru of the Buck 700 series is.....he can ID and date them for you. And discuss value.

I second the Buck forum. Good bunch of guy who will help you ID them and of course will buy them if the price is right.

I'm with you, I avoid the 'bay anytime I can.

They look nice. However, not my thing so I'm no help, sorry.
