vaquero grande

i just baught a brand new vaquero grande of ebay for 30$ and when i started playing with it i notised some blade play, my voyager x2 has no blade play at all and i have flicked that thing open many times realy hard, so will cs fix this or do most vaquero grandes have some blade play, also i did the spine wack test realy hard a couple times and it didnt close, thanks

All 3 of the CS Vaquero Grande that I have owned have locked-up 100%. Send it back to Cold Steel, and they'll either fix it or send you a new one.
