Variable speed motors

I have been searching, as many have said they are also, for a variable speed motor that I could afford. I found something that is intresting!

is a list of motors that appear to fit the bill and the prices are reasonable.
If anyone knows how to read their spects or has delt with this company let me know, good deal or not?

They don't seem to say much about the motors (TEFC, phase, rpm, etc.).
But a phone call might clear that up.
Sounds like a good source.
