I ground this one out at 9 degrees per side. I usually do them at 12 degrees. Looks more like a Mora/Puukko now. Sharp!

I don't have one, but I believe it can be used to filet a fish. The blade has little to no flex, so I guess it's designed to be more of just an all around fishing knife.
 
Yes - amflud has it right. There is just the slightest bit of flex and it does spring back. All around bait-fish-n-cook knife.
